Following the successful construction of phase 1 Crossmark were instructed to develop the Employers Requirements for Phase Two.

The Employers Requirements have been developed to incorporate a range if sustainable enhancements to include air source heat pumps, blue and green roofs, photovoltaics to the main roofs and EV charging points to every other carparking space.
