Crossmark is working with a UK pension Fund to implement an asset and development management plan for this 87,000 sq.ft Debenhams department store in Taunton.

Following extensive engagement with the Local Authority and online public engagement a detailed planning application has been submitted for 90 apartments, private residents amenity space, car parking and ancillary commercial space that seeks to respect and enhance Tauntons town scape.

The planning decision is anticipated 2022, delayed due to the amendments to the national phosphate strategy.
