Crossmark purchased the Alfa Laval tower on behalf o a UK pension Fund in 2015. The tower is one of the most prominent and iconic buildings on the M4 motorway into London.

Soon after purchase, a pre-let was completed with Hyundai Motors UK for its flagship showroom and offices subject to planning consent.

Crossmark obtained a detailed planning consent for a building o er 100,000 sq.ft together with an advertising consent secured at Appeal for the largest digital advertising display on the M4 motorway and what is believed to be the largest digital display in the UK with a permanent advertising consent.
