Mark has built a career specialising in development, with a strong emphasis on large mixed-use urban and suburban regeneration projects. He has full development lifecycle expertise covering project identification and acquisition, master planning, construction, leasing, funding and investment sale.<\/p>\n
He has been responsible for over \u00a33 billion of completed developments with an emphasis on residential, industrial, office, retail and mixed-use urban regeneration projects.<\/p>\n
Prior to founding Crossmark, Mark was a Director at Simons Estates. Prior to this, he was a Director at Wilson Bowden and previously Mowlem Property.<\/p>\n

Glen has spent his career as a development Project Manager. He has delivered over \u00a31 billion of construction comprising\u00a0 residential, retirement , healthcare, education and commercial development on behalf of leading UK institutions, public bodies and private clients. He leads on community benefit projects both locally and nationally. Glen\u2019s strengths lie in managing risk, programming, planning\u00a0 construction procurement, Contract Negotiation, full management of the construction process.<\/p>\n
Prior to Crossmark, Glen was a Regional Director at Faithful & Gould in Cardiff managing a team of 18 project managers. He was a Project Director at Castleoak a specialist in the care and retirement living sector and previously a Partner at Gardiner & Theobald.<\/p>\n
Glen is a professional member of the Chartered Institute of Builders and the Association of Project Managers.<\/p>\n
