Following extensive engagement with the Local Authority and online public engagement a detailed planning application has been submitted for 90 apartments, private residents amenity space, car parking and ancillary commercial space that seeks to respect and enhance Tauntons town scape.<\/p>\n
The planning decision is anticipated 2022, delayed due to the amendments to the national phosphate strategy.<\/p>\n
